Donation Based Remote Reiki

Service Description

This service will be done with no contact. It is preferred that you are able to set aside 15 minutes to sit or lay down and be open to receive reiki from a distance. It is ok if you end up having to do something during your scheduled time as you will still receive the energy. It would still be preferred that you are able to set aside some time so that you are not actively driving or doing something that can be effected by your energy and body being worked on. Be sure to drink plenty of water after your session. As well as do not consume any alcohol 24 hours before receiving your remote reiki. If you are able to fast, eat lighter and/or cut out sugars, body altering etc foods and beverages as well up to 24 hours before your session this will help make it easier and more open for you to receive the energy assistance. Please be sure to set your intentions for what you would like to receive from the Reiki session during the first 3-5 minutes and then allow yourself to elevate into your safe meditative space. Do your best to relax and be in a quiet space. Keep in mind the point isn't to have a quiet mind but to just be as relaxed as possible. Reiki isn't fully based on the practitioner as we are not healing anyone. What we do is hold space for you by receiving the frequency you are ready to tune to and help you process the energy so that you can shift and heal into your desired state. It is all you! We are just the vessels to assist you. This means your session will be as successful as your belief system. The more you believe it is possible for you to make a change, the bigger the impact of the session. So thank you for allowing me to assist you!
